How long does delivery take?

Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, etc.) receive orders in 3–5 business days after dispatch. Tier-2 cities: 5–7 days. Tier-3 cities and remote areas: 7–10 days. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

We stock XS to XXL. A detailed size chart is available on every product page. Our tees run slightly oversized by design — check the size chart before ordering.

We use 240 GSM heavyweight cotton, stone-washed for texture and softness. It holds its shape wash after wash.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags intact. Visit /returns or email support@kaapi.in to initiate.

Visit /returns within 7 days of delivery. Size exchanges are the easiest resolution — we arrange free pickup from your address and deliver the new size at no extra cost.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, and net banking — all processed securely. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available on all orders.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, COD is available on all orders across India. A verification OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number to confirm your COD order.
