Return & Exchange Policy
Return & Exchange Window
We accept return and exchange requests within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests raised after this window will not be accepted, so please check your order as soon as it arrives.
We Encourage Exchanges
If a size doesn't work for you, an exchange is our preferred resolution — and we make it easy. Size exchanges are completely free: we'll arrange a pickup from your address and deliver the replacement size at no additional cost to you.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- —Unworn and unwashed
- —In its original condition with all tags intact
- —In the original packaging (if available)
- —Not marked as Final Sale
Initiating a Return or Exchange
Visit /returns (coming soon) or email support@kaapi.in with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Our team will review your request and schedule a pickup within 48 hours of confirmation.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed as follows:
- —Online payments: Refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- —COD orders: Bank transfer to your provided account within 5–7 business days. Please share your bank details when initiating the refund request.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- —Items marked as Final Sale
- —Gift cards
- —Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective item or something that isn't what you ordered, please email support@kaapi.in within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no questions asked.
