Acceptance of Terms

By accessing kaapi.in or placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or purchase our products.

Product Descriptions & Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and sizing information are accurate. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen calibration and display settings. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Pricing

All prices listed on kaapi.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price shown at the time you place your order is the price you will be charged — subsequent price changes do not affect confirmed orders.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• —Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD orders require OTP verification at the time of delivery. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment authorisation. We do not store any card or banking credentials.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. You will be notified promptly and refunded in full.

Customer-initiated cancellations are accepted only before the order has been dispatched. To cancel, email support@kaapi.in with your order number as soon as possible.
